Seen - Terms of Service

Welcome to “Seen” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”, “we”, or “us”).

Before using the App, please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

1. The App is a utility application for photo browsing, filtering, and management.
2. We reserve the right to modify or update app features without prior notice.
3. Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

2. Account and Subscription

1. If subscription services are offered, payment will be charged through your Apple ID account.
2. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
3. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
4. Once confirmed, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code;
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App;
• Use the App to infringe the rights of others.

If you violate these Terms, we may terminate your right to use the App.

4. Intellectual Property

1. All content in the App, including but not limited to UI design, icons, algorithms, code, and brand assets, is protected by intellectual property laws.
2. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes.

5. Disclaimer

1. The App is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee:
   • Uninterrupted service;
   • Absolute data security;
   • That all features will fully meet your specific requirements.
2. We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from force majeure events or system failures, including data loss.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms based on legal requirements or product changes. Updated Terms will be published in the App or on our official website.

Your continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
